During Your Appointment


  • Patients can expect to meet with Dr. Ballin after gathering the appropriate materials for their appointment and then completing the necessary medical forms. At that time, Dr. Ballin will conduct an examination, explain your diagnosis and provide you with treatment options.

  • During your appointment time with Dr. Ballin, our administrative staff will be calling and verifying your insurance coverage, to better inform you of your cost of treatment.  

  • At the time of scheduling your surgery appointment, pre-op instructions will be given to you. Then after surgery, written and oral post-op instructions will be given to both you and/or your driver.  

**All patient's under the age of 18 at the time of consultations and/or surgeries, must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.**

**A CONSULTATION is MANDATORY for patients undergoing General Anesthesia or IV Sedation for surgery.**

**If X-RAYS have been taken by your dentist, please have them forwarded to our office prior to any consultation or surgery. If there is not enough time, please pick them up and bring them with to your appointment. If additional films are needed, they will be taken at our office at a charge.
